While some dream of owning just one luxury vehicle, the pro boxer has a whole garage full.
Floyd Mayweather Jr. is a boxing promoter and former fighter. But he isn’t just a boxer, he is one of the most popular and successful boxers in the world right now. A combination of speed, power, and technical prowess made him one of the most dangerous and triumphant athletes in the world. He had a total of 50 fights in his career, won fifteen major world championships from super featherweight to light middleweight, and retired with an undefeated record. That’s how good he was. With a career like that comes a lot of fame and money. Mayweather has amassed more than $1.1 billion throughout his career, and has a net worth of about $450 million! That’s one of the reasons why one of his names is Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather. Having that kind of wealth, Mayweather has accumulated quite the supercar collection.
The Pro Boxer Has A Knack For Cars Painted Black
In a video posted to Instagram account WorldStar, we see Mayweather himself giving his fans a virtual tour of his garage via a live stream. He then asks them which car he should take out that day. He then proceeds to run down the cars (and we mean some of the most amazing and expensive cars) all in black attire, naming them one by one.
He starts from the right, pointing at his Maybach GLS, which he pronounces in his own way and even clarifies. Next to the ultra-luxury SUV, Maybach is the ultra-luxury SUV Cullinan from none other than Rolls-Royce. Accompanying the Cullinan is yet another Royce, the Phantom. If the Phantom Sedan wasn’t enough, then there’s also the Phantom Drophead Coupe right next to it. Floyd must have been on a Rolls-Royce shopping spree or something because there’s yet another Royce next to the Drophead. This time, it’s the Dawn (because why not?) Also, throw in the Wraith for good measure.
The Royce Isn’t The Only Brand He Fancies
From one British luxury manufacturer, we jump to another. Taking shelter in the garage is an all-black Bentley Flying Spur that looks as elegant as ever. And no Bentley collection is complete without the Continental GT, is it? However, do not think that the boxer only enjoys luxury cars. The only thing common in these cars is the color, that’s it.
The next car viewers see is a Lamborghini Aventador waiting eagerly to get out of the garage and tear some asphalt and break some necks in the process. Next up is the sworn Lambo-rival Ferrari. There’s a 488, a Portofino, the 599, and finally, the Ferrari GTC4, aka the Lusso. It looks like Floyd (or his pal) decided to go with the Flying Spur, with its thunderous roar echoing the garage.
It’s not every day that we get to see such a huge car collection in video form. Besides these black beauties, the boxing champ also has some really cool cars, but they are not in black, so they weren’t in the video. These cars include a SLR McLaren, a Ferrari Enzo, a LaFerrari Aperta, and a Bentley freakin’ golf car. Apparently, if you’re one of the world’s most successful athletes, you can do stuff like that.
